hospital-style!
Bair Paws heated dressing gown that my mum wore.
She fell and broke her left leg (thankfully NOT her hip socket).
The bone marrow has been weakened by cancer, but it was determined that the femur was stable enough to have a metal rod inserted as bracing and she FINALLY went into surgery 43 hours after she was admitted.
She was not allowed to eat or drink (other than a sip or two to swallow pills) during those 43 hours!
Medical bureaucracy is VERY frustrating!
