Love is in Brighton's Air

Another trip to Brighton, this time on its most iconic day of the year. The moment that moved me most was when I overheard two ladies who were about to sit down to enjoy the sunset with their friends. They said "Isn't it nice to be alive!" It moved me because they hadn't been born as ladies. I wonder what they had gone through in their lives to reach such a moment where they were surrounded by loved ones and were in a place where they could freely enjoy themselves, blissfully free from hostile discrimination. Well done, Brighton.
