Woody Goes Mono

I wanted to participate in Mono Monday this week as I had the time to think of what I would like to do to show depth of field. Magically, I ended up in the woods again so decided to make a woodpecker my subject.

I had a great morning...no sign of the snowstorm yet.  Perhaps it will pass us by....

See extras for some more examples of DoF I took while out.  By the way, the deer running was simply because he had such a fine white tail....and why they are called White-Tailed Deer  : )
