Plaster off

Very efficient at hospital. Took plaster off, x-rayed and seems OK.
So prescription for this appliance to support ankle and 30 (!) sessions with kiné.
Wheelchair returned to pharmacy, so relying on crutches which are much easier to manage now can put left foot on ground for balance. However back to old problem of not being able carry anything. So can't even take drink to sit in front of TV.
Hot bath a great relief!
