Clematis Armandii

Off early this morning and did some bits and pieces and then off to see my friend Chris.  We had a good natter.  Did some washing (the towels lovely to dry them outdoors).

After lunch had a wander in the garden and there is a lot happening now - the first lot of tadpoles  have hatched (it that is the right term)  The trees are sporting tiny leaves,the magnolia buds will open soon.  The clematis is doing well and attracting insects - I am not sure which this one is but he is enjoying the sun.
