Colours To The Mast

Was one of our neighbours listening to the First Minister's speech this lunchtime, announcing the Scottish Government's wish to seek a second Scottish Independence Referendum, and then rushed outside to put up their saltire? Or maybe the flag was just up anyway. Obviously things depend on first Holyrood and then Westminster approving the timetable but post-Brexit it does seem there is no alternative. Does Scotland want to be effectively a region of England, dragged out of Europe having voted otherwise, or does it want to be an independent nation, making its own choices, living with its own mistakes?
