Beautiful music

My very talented sister-in-law playing viola/singing with her Aberdonian band in LONDON!

Yes, we were in France a few hours before, but I couldn't miss this opportunity so we took our chances and turned up at the ferry port three hours early. Luckily they found us space on an earlier boat. Unluckily it was then delayed for an hour, but we made it back with time for pizza and a shower before Chloe and I headed up town.

A fantastic performance; they play some great tunes. Only down-side, my ears are still ringing and I'm back-blipping this nearly 24hours later. Must be getting old.

(Not the clearest picture but I stupidly thought I could take pics with slow shutter speed, moving image, one handed, while holding my drink in the other. But sometimes enjoying the moment is more important than recording it, right?)
