Mono Monday

Today's challenge was DoF.
The blossom is out and looks lovely. I picked a sprig and brought it inside. I shot at f2.8 and f22 to see the variation. In some ways I like the softer shot of the f2.8.  In the main image the background is too sharp for my liking. Perhaps an in-between shot would be the answer.
I also tinted the shots to keep the colour challenge alive though not sure this will be counted!
