Haweswater

We were lucky to get some nice weather today for a planned trip down the Haweswater Valley with a lady doing our photo course. Haweswater somehow manages to look different every time we go so I never tire of the view from this point.

The other benefit of the location is having a small brook nearby to demonstrate the effects of fast and slow shutter speeds. It's a full day of working but so satisfying to share the excitement of someone discovering how easy it is to work in manual mode to get the result they want!
