Mooooooo!!!

Off on our Swiss Railways travels again today. Took the train and nice long stretches of cable car to First. Loved it! Chloe's face was a picture at first, as these gondolas were nothing like the large units that took us up the Schilthorn, but she soon got used to it.

Got to the top and discovered there was a nice 50min hike to a lake. The kids (and Doug, still suffering) weren't impressed with the idea. I ignored them, conned (they knew it though, I'm sure) them into "just five mins to find a picnic spot" and we were off.

Picnic polished off and Heidi decided she did want to find the lake, so off we trotted. Doug and Chloe took a slower stroll down a way and back again, and Joe, Heids and I trekked our way to the water. Took a lot longer than 50min, of course, but we made it there, found a geocache and encouraged Heidi back to the cable car again.

"Let's see how many oldies we can overtake."

Result: 22 (Give or take - I think I was counted 4 times!)
