Many trees

This afternoon we took a drive out.  On the way back into Chiang Mai we found ourselves on a road where all the trees are numbered.  Odd numbers on one side of the road and even on the other.   We presume that this is to prevent any of the trees being illegally felled.  We got up to over 1000 trees.
