Gills

Yesterday we had to make a bit of an emergency dash up to a garden centre.  As with many garden centres these days they house a number of other businesses.  Recently this centre has had a green grocer open business.

In a previous visit we spotted (and bought) a large box of Mushrooms.  They were extremely cheap, probably because they are larger than most people think they should be.  Having eaten my share (possibly more then my share)  of mushrooms both wild and cultivated I know that when they are large the have more flavour.

The first box went down extremely well so a second has arrived.  It is only fair to give them their chance at fame before I eat them.  So this is a mono macro of the gills.
