Sophie & Dolly Have A Sleepover

We had a surprise visit from Kate & Sophie today: Sophie needed a new pair of shoes (and Daddy needed some peace so he could finish a couple of College assignments!).

After a successful shop this morning and a post lunch nap, Sophie decided that, amongst lots of other games, she & dolly would have a sleepover, involving tucking themselves in under all the cushions on the sofa - and no sleeping of course!

Kate has just sent a text to let us know that, when she actually put Sophie to bed tonight, she said "It's been a good day, Mummy". What more can you ask for for?

Edit: Just noticed that my blip a year ago today was of Sophie showing off her very first pair of shoes and I was singing the praises of an opposition goalie who played against us yesterday for a different team. Strange coincidences.
