Rocking Dumbarton

Not LH's usual type of rock, this one has 557 steps and is distinctly less musical!

Lazy Sunday morning then took a drive out to Dumbarton Castle, situated on one of the most historic sites in Scotland. It was unexpectedly warm (that'll be those steps!) and the view from the top was stunning. In this photo you can see the powder magazine on the second summit of the rock and the Clyde stretching up to the Erskine Bridge, Glasgow and beyond.
