Wednesday: Salad, Logs & Sunshine

Felt like Spring with lots of sunshine and quite warm.
Started moving the logs from yesterday to the log store at the side of the house by lunchtime I was hungry and went in search of some leaves for salad, pea sprouts are big enough to pick (and taste fresh & delicious), also some of the salad leaves sown last autumn, red veined sorrel, chicory leaves, small Good King Henry leaves, early chives with a good dollop of Hellmans Mayo!
