When Walkies Are Dew

Bruno woke us up this morning demanding a field stroll. He wasn't too sure of the dew, but he enjoyed it especially the sniffing of lastnights left over take-away trays of rice, noodles, chips and curry sauce were a few to mention. Stretched my legs a bit and went for an eight mile run afterwards, without Bruno. Did it in under an hour, just as my running app froze on me into the first mile which was a bit annoying. A spot of work and a Sunday roast later and fin swimming training tonight......
..... who says it's "easy like a Sunday morning?"
