What a day....

Just a horrible day from start to finish.  My landlord called me to say he was coming at 7 am bringing workmen to fix the gutters at the back of my house!  So...I was up early, and they never came!  I  called him and he said there was a change of plan, he would come at 11am!  So I waited....he never came.  Called again, he would come at 3pm...never came!  

They say patience is a virtue....obviously it is one I don't have!  I had planned to go for lunch with a friend.....what a waste of a day!
