Parade of Shamrocks .....

Despite the truly frigid temperatures today we attended the Bethlehem St. Patrick's Day Parade .... known as the Parade of Shamrocks. 

We were all very silly to be out in the cold ... it was only about 25° F (-4° C.) and the wind was simply wicked. Since this was the St. Patrick's Day parade many of the participants were wearing kilts or skirts and I felt so bad for them .... they had to absolutely freezing! I was wearing fleece lined tights under my jeans and I was cold!

I thought this marcher was simply perfect not only for today's Silly Saturday challenge but also for the Color Month Challenge hosted by hobbs as well.
