REFINE

Had to back blip this and the previous one - but I spent some of the afternoon today teaching E who, one of our shift leaders the theory and physics of coffee roasting - she is training to be a roaster to back up Luci as we move into a slightly more busy period with the addition of the Southlake location opening next month.  This was E's hand writing copious notes as she 'refined' her knowledge and expertise on the subject of roasting.
