Saturday

Had a trip into town today to fight the machines in HSBC as I wanted to put some money in & they don't have counter staff on a Saturday. Needless to say it wasn't straight forward and most other people were also struggling. As I had to queue I pleaded ignorance and got a member of staff to do it for me.  In my survey of banks on Saturday also went to Natwest & Nationwide and was helped straight away by a real person!

Just wish I had all those accounts myself : I also put some money in for a friend who struggles to get to the bank.
