Time out

Sometimes you need timeout to appreciate the beauty around us.

Following on from yesterdays escapades, Oscar had a trip to the Physio this morning and despite strong advice not to, carried on with the National Schools Gymnastics finals (he withdrew from the individual events and only competed in the group event).

They only went and won!  Very proud Dad moment!

While Fran & Oscar were out for the day, Sophie & I had a trip into town.  We had a trip around an art/ photography exhibition and then a wonder around a continental market in town.  Took a few photos!  Had a play in Lightroom and created a slideshow and uploaded to youtube, (if you are so inclined!) Found a sound track to my youth on the dance scene :)
