An excellent day at the theatre of dreams which saw Dumbarton thump Raith Rovers 4-0 . A good display from the lads with goals 2 and 4 particularly pleasing.

Run update : ham string sore again after short 3k run - very unhappy about that however , today's result and a wonderful steak dinner cooked by my beautiful wife has perked me right up.
