I'm Not Tired

Oh yes you are, Miss A!

From the age of 1, Miss A took to sucking her tongue when tired. It's a habit she's not grown out of and, to be honest, I find it quite endearing.

She was in full tongue-sucking motion as I took this shot (sounding like Maggie in The Simpsons). She was also holding her beloved teddy's 'little bit' (a few little threads on teddy's neck which she rolls between her fingers), another comfort for her. It's little things like this I'll remember all my life, as she grows from a sweet and innocent little child into a beautiful young woman.
