Splashes of colour ...

... like today really.

I found time for a decent  run which was a bonus, as I have missed any free time this week.

Another splash of colour was yummy birthday cake for breakfast, for a delightful member of staff who turned 30 today.

And yet another splash of colour - or more like a dollop of colour, was my happy eldest daughter.
