Sunflowers

Miss E loves growing things! We plant all manner of goodies on our kitchen windowsill - cress, beans, and now these sunflowers. We've had less successful attempts at avocados and apples but she remains optimistic!
We've had such a lovely day with our friends today. We had a very lazy start - chatting, drinking tea and eating bagels while the children watched Rio and Tangled They didn't wake up until 8am which was fab - I had visions of four mad children running around at 6am!
Then we went over to Willen Lake in Milton Keynes for a walk round, lunch, a play in the park and ice cream.
We bumped into Mrs C, Mr M and the two boys which was lovely.
My girls and I are blessed with fantastic friends!
