Bev's potjie

This morning Niall and I went and supported Bev and Allan. They had entered a potjiekos competition. For those that are not familiar with with the word, it is a traditional stew slowly cooked in a cast iron pot over a open fire and cooked very, very slowly. Bev cooked an oxtail potjie with homemade bread. They came second.
