This is not advertising, but raising the question...do you have pay to park on the roundabout or can you be fined for doing it?

Trip in to Lincoln to do errands and got this blip.

Quiet in the house this evening. R & the girls have gone home for the weekend and B is tutoring in Birmingham tomorrow. I've been preparing for my next sewing day, the quilt is coming on nicely!!!!
