Toad in the hole

Our local butcher does the yummiest Lincolnshire sausages so we tend to have them fairly regularly. When I asked sis this morning what she wanted for tea she asked for Toad in the Hole. Even though I say it myself- my attempt was pretty impressive! I will however confess that I used a bought batter mix :-)
