Hatta Fort

Today we did what I reckon is the last visa run for G! She's been doing them since 2012. Good thing she's got a British passport, because if she didn't, life would have been a little more complicated!

So, as my residence visa was cancelled last week, I thought it best not to be around any border post. We went into the Hatta Fort hotel and had a quick lunch of what is probably the best club sandwich I've ever had, and then I sat it out there whilst G got herself stamped in again - good for another 40 days.

My blip is the view from Gazebo, the hotel's all day dining restaurant. It was a very pleasant day today; not too hot with mostly blue skies. Home for the rest of the day, and we actually saw the Star Trek movie on one of the channels. A very nice, relaxed start to the weekend.
