Framed

My birthday today and Mr Rat had mounted and framed these 2 felt pictures I'd made (and blipped separately). He's also framing another couple but didn't quite manage to get them finished.
After my treatment I went for a run and kept having to tell myself to slow down! I'd decided, and my consultant agreed, that running was fine as long as I didn't push it too hard and it seems to have been a good decision.
Later we went to the garden centre and spent the last of my retirement present and soon we're off to the theatre (Death of a Salesman) and pre-theatre meal.
Also spoke to son, daughter and mum who has just had a pacemaker fitted.
A good day so far and should continue that way
