A slice of Lesley's life

A different view of sunshine

Early morning Chiswick House walk with Carlos and the mutt. So much so samey.

Later back in the House with neither of the above whilst J was in school. So I decided to wander around the areas of the grounds that are not dog friendly and see some things that we don't usually see. And so you get this statue. You almost got a topiary elephant that is apparently a tribute to an actual elephant that lived in the grounds in the 19th century.

Another good school session for Jackson and a few more hurdles overcome. Exhausted as ever afterwards but another huge step in the right direction. I know it goes without saying but I am so proud of everything he is doing and how he is doing it.

A fun afternoon collecting Anna, heading to Waterstones and a ridiculous game of tick with the kids that made me feel like I have toddlers again. Not least when there was a negotiation around who got to tickle who for how long.

And a very fun evening having dinner with lovely friends*.
