Foot therapy
I have been reading my Katy Bowman book and have [ after chatting to my sister ] purchased another one called 'Dynamic Aging'. It's a bit easier to follow and get exercise routines from. I hadn't realised till starting these how tight my calf muscles were. This half foam roller enables me to put my toes up and stretch the calves - sore!!!
( Unfortunately the photo reminds me how badly we need a new sitting room carpet as well! Once the kitchen is done! )
