Buggy Off

Went to the launch of a short film about wheelchairs on public transport - organised by the group get2gether at the Grassmarket Community Project building. The short film has been made by a wheelchair user K to highlight some of the issues she has faced using public transport. It will be shown before every film at the Cameo and the Filmhouse this weekend for Disabled Access Day. Sadly K was able to attend the premiere but her partner R stood in for her in the post-film discussion. Get2gether organise social events for people with disabilities and K is one of their ambassadors.
