Catching the Sun: Blowing in the wind

Tibetan prayer flag? Plastic and rope caught up? A sign to show the footpath? I'm not sure but  'Blowing in the Wind' was on play again in my head.  Checking the lyrics I'm struck by how relevant it still is to our world today - even though the video might be old
