Wind

Wellington is renowned for being windy, yes it does get windy but that is due to the surrounding geology creating a funneling effect.  
Personally, I think the city gets a bad wrap, but the wind does allow creative types to make some great sculptures that harness the wind. This one is called Protoplasm and was created by Phil Price.

Should get my PC back tomorrow with a new hard drive so hopefully will be able to properly edit my photos again!
