A Rooster and His Girls

I was at a friends house for Garden Club today; we were dividing and potting plants we will sell at our Plant Sale in April. When we were done I got out my camera for a few photos of her chickens. She has a wonderful open field for them with a place for them to perch, plus the chicken have a nesting area in the barn. She has wonderful fresh eggs for sale. I liked this photo because so many had hopped up on this structure together.

It was raining most of today; I was grateful we had mostly clear skies while we potted plants and I took a few photos. Unfortunately the creek running through the golf course is overflowing again; no golf on the back nine today.
