Stuffed Zucchini

I had my two girlfriends over for dinner that I went to Egypt with in 2009.  Cheese/potato croquettes, stuffed zucchini, fennel soup and assorted desert.  I didn't get around to making the dessert so store bought had to do.  Marty brought a lovely Sauvignon Blanc.  Nice evening with some fun reminiscing.
