Serendipity

The forecast wasn't too good this morning , so we decided to try the Norquay area which is smallish and not too far away if we had decided to go home early. It was absolutely freezing waiting for the bus though, so as the Lake Louise bus turned up first we hopped on to that just to get warm. So glad we did . We had a really nice mostly sunny day and a delicious lunch of Game charcuterie and cheeses. ( Sorry veggies! ). On the way back on the bus it was white out conditions and looked as though it had not been very good at Norquay.
Today no one lost anything, fell over , prematurely parted company with a lift, got separated from any vital piece of equipment or any other mishap. A good day.
Oh yes and I've invented a new mobile phone dating app which involves buddying up singles in ski lifts. 'Pullmeupthemountain'. Don't watch this space.
