Narcissi

These have been flowering for about 3 weeks, initially in the house but they were banished to the porch as they were giving me a sore throat and stuffed up nose. The banishment has prolonged their life, I think, and there's a nice smell when you open the door.
This morning I was at my dressmaker friend's for a fitting of a dress and a blether and this evening I was out for a run. Fortunately the rain had stopped and the wind died down.
P.S. This is my 2190th blip which they say is a milestone but it isn't quite 6 years since I started as there have been 2 leap years!
