Back in Business

Finally, and not without a lot of 'faffing' around today on their part, the girls are starting to lay again - hurrah!

An intense day of work/study and my head is spinning - annoyingly I don't really feel any further forward for my efforts either. Today is also my 8th day without an alcoholic drink - officially the longest abstinence since I was a teenager.
