Gone fishing.

I didn't get my wee puddle jumper this morning as it had to do a service to Edinburgh due to a breakdown, so when it was allocated to me this afternoon, I jumped in and was off before anyone could change their mind. I got to Kelso too early to park outside the school so I stopped in the layby at the show ground again.

I was watching this pair setting off from the bank in their boat for a spot of fishing. This is one of the most exclusive fishing beats in the Borders, its known as Junction Pool, where the Teviot joins the Tweed. I watched the fisherman and the ghillie for ten minutes but nothing was caught.
