Interesting visitor

It was a day full of highlights.  

It was a Torran day and he was in a good mood - he began his ceramics career when Ellen gave him a lump of clay, he didn't think it tasted very nice.  He was a delight and the main reason we are so tired, in a good way.

I met up with an old colleague, it was good to see him.  There is much life after work and he is doing much volunteering to support recovering addicts.

And a cormorant landed along from the house.  We are a significant distance from the sea so we don't see this very often.  It must be a sign of something.  Certainly worthy of a blip.
