Useful?

This is the dimmer and on/off switch for our very first uplighter which we bought way back in the 1980s. It was very special when we bought it. Sadly it has now gone the way of many things from that period and is no more. I couldn't bear to throw out this switch though which has so much technology in a smart little black box. Now it is going to go to join the enormous box of useful things in our house!
