Birthdays

Went for my swim today with a friend whose birthday we, 11 of us,  then went to celebrate at a hostelry in the countryside. The Grove at Kings Nympton is listed in the CAMRA Good Beer guide and was voted Devon Branch Pub of the Year, 2016.
We did not try the beer but the wine and food went down beautifully.  Here is the host in the well decorated, book marks and drinks mats,  public bar.
