Ingredients - Cheese

One of my favourite cheeses - Shropshire Blue - in the same group as Stilton but milder and less crumbly. Spent some time trying to get the writing on the knife to show ( a lovely French Laguiole knife which features a bee on its handle) - in end I got the cheese to cast a shadow onto it.
