Rain, Rain, Go Away.....

Come again as I want to play.....It started raining again during the night and we woke to the news that Thames was an island...all roads in and out were blocked or flooded.  This meant that most schools closed for the day.  Our High School had students arriving but we only had a fraction of our students, the ones who could walk, as the ones that came on buses couldn't get in.  Was a lovely and quiet day, a real change for a Wednesday.

When I got home my sunflowers were a bit bedraggled and heads were down.
