Linnavuori

Seeking geocaches today at Taipalsaari, where is this stunning rocks called Linnavuori. Formation has been born 300 - 400 million years ago and that ancient atmosphere can be feel there when standing in the front of cliff. Unfortunately image does not show the scale perfectly. About 800 -1300 years ago on the top has been defence structures, rounding the hill. At now only low (~50 cm) stone ruins are left. Very interesting place to visit and I have to go back when winter is over, because couple of caches were under ice or snow.
