The village that time forgot
It's a touch ironic that Quarriers Village in the Renfrewshire countryside, which was built for impoverished orphans, is now predominantly a preserve of the wealthy.
The history of the place is amazing and the buildings are stunning, especially the impressive Mount Zion Church, which used to be known as the Children's Cathedral.
Sadly the church is now too expensive to upkeep and it's being converted into private houses. A home here will set you back at least £400,000.
