To my Dad

Back to the ocean today to remember my dad who died in 2008.
Although I was not there, dad's ashes were reseased from this pier so dad could, in his own words, travel the world.

I wasn't the only one visiting the pier - some like me, standing and remembering, some tossing flowers and others obviously struggling as their loss was still raw.
