Spring Gazania

For the first day of spring my newly potted Gazania decided to break into bloom!

The sun was shining, the birds were singing, the Gazania's were blooming....

....and the cold wind was blowing a gale!

Apparently some snow has been falling in the southern regions of Australia and as a result, we are freezing!

The fireplace went on again for the first time in a couple of weeks too.

However, the calendar tells me it's spring, so that's that! :)
